In order that comparisons can be made between schools, the DfE publish financial information about schools and require schools to publish this on their website.
Financial Benchmarking
The DfE publish benchmarking information for schools giving information about the income, expenditure and workforce. This can be viewed here: Schools financial benchmarking service information for Our School.
Salary
All employees are paid within the normal range of national salaries as laid out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Documents. There are no members of staff who exceed their normal range.
